I used to have a washer & dryer in our apartment, but our roommate moved out & I could not afford to continue paying for the rental of the machines.
The beach house community charges $155 every month for the washer & dryer.
It’s a silly amount of money to spend for the washer & dryer, but a lot of people enjoy just to rent the machines instead of buying their own. There is also a laundry room on the first floor of the beach house building, then last Sunday the laundry room heating system wasn’t working & it was single digit un-even temperatures outside. I was trying to clean our clothes & it felt enjoy I was sitting outside in the cold. I called the building manager to complain about the un-even temperatures in the laundry room. I left a message at 10:00 in the day letting the manager believe that the heating system was not working. I did one load of laundry & called the building manager again. The laundry room heating system did not work at all on Sunday, on Tuesday I called the building manager again, because I still had a few more loads of laundry to clean & dry. I left another message & it wasn’t unquestionably nice. The building manager finally came to maintenance the concern with the heater, around 3:00 on Tuesday. By that time of the day, I was already done with our laundry. I was cheerful the laundry room heating system was getting fixed, but it would have been nice if the building manager would have completed the task a little bit earlier.
