It’s frustrating to be sizzling & cozy & then have to go out to get more wood in the cold cold temperatures while I was in the night.
When the people I was with and I moved into the condo that the people I was with and I live in now, the people I was with and I only had a wood stove as the oil furnace. It wasn’t something that actually upset me when the people I was with and I first moved in multiple years ago because at that point I just didn’t realize how cold the temperatures could get around here while I was in the winter. I thought that I would be able to live with just a wood stove with no concern at all; And honestly, a wood burning stove is a fantastic heating source if you don’t mind having to regularly go outside to get more wood for the fire. That’s been the concern for me, & since I am basically just lazy in the winter, I wanted a odd heating source than just the wood stove. I never knew how fast a wood stove would gobble up & consume firewood while I was in the cold Winter time months… Now I know, though. It’s frustrating to be sizzling & cozy & then have to go out to get more wood in the cold cold temperatures while I was in the night. I was over it… We lived with it that way for a couple of years & then last year I gave up. I decided that the people I was with and I needed to get a high efficiency heating plan for the condo because the people I was with and I needed something other than the wood stove as a oil furnace… Of course, the people I was with and I kept the wood stove too. Around here, you regularly need a backup for the heating plan whenever it’s the winter. In this climate, you just never recognize what’s going to happen.
