It took me almost three months before I settled on the perfect venue for our anniversary party.
I found an old mansion that slept up to 35 people and had a large formal dining room.
I rented it for the weekend when I read they had recently installed a new ductless HVAC system. They showed several rooms that had two queen beds, and featured a view of the indoor HVAC unit, and a picture of the remote control thermostat. There were eight bathrooms, and a large kitchen that had a state-of-the-art ventilation hood you couldn’t hear running. The bathrooms all had radiant, heated flooring. It thrilled me with the price, which included a cleaning fee. I rented the house and started making out the invitations. Out of 100 people invited, only twenty said they would come. I told everyone about the accommodation and said we put down the hold money, and let them know how much they owed if they planned on sleeping over. I was happy with the Airbnb we got for our anniversary. The ductless HVAC system was perfect, and it was all my husband talked about for six months. He was ready to call the HVAC company and have them install ductless HVAC into our home. If I hadn’t reminded him, we just had our HVAC system installed, we would have quite a bill to pay. He was trying to figure out how much they would give us for our HVAC system as a trade-in. I shook my head and walked away. I could only hope he would forget about the ductless HVAC system we had at the Airbnb.
