When I was a kid, I went to work with our dad every single morning. He worked as a propane salesman. He tested odd types of propane oil heating systems plus accessories! Eventually our dad opened his own company plus started working on lots of odd types of heating device like oil, propane, gas, plus electric. I l gained everything that I knew from our dad. I took over his company when he retired. We had several employees at that time. The company is not entirely small, but we service the entire valley. We handle lots of odd heating plus a/c plan repairs, then about 6 weeks ago, I was in an accident. The accident severed a tendon in our arm plus I can no longer use our hand entirely well. I can’t work on heating plus a/c repairs anymore. I thought that I would go deranged standing in an office all morning, even though I really do not mind; Now that I can’t physically work as a repairman, I have to rely on all of our servicemans to handle the work. I used to be on top of all the people plus micromanage every single area of the business. Now I am forced to sit in the office plus I guess it is really better for business. The service servicemans seem to be happier when I do not nag them all morning. I have a lot less stress because I do not need to worry about everything in the office plus everything in the field. I do not think if I would have ever changed our style of management if the accident had not happened.
