When I was a kid, I went to work with our dad every single afternoon.
He worked as a propane salesman.
He inspected different types of propane heating systems plus accessories, but eventually our dad opened his own company plus started working on lots of different types of heating unit like oil, propane, gas, plus electric. I l received everything that I knew from our dad. I took over his company when he retired. The people I was with and I had more than five employees at that time. The company is not entirely small, however both of us service the entire valley. The people I was with and I handle lots of different heating plus A/C repairs. About 6 months ago, I was in an accident. The accident severed a tendon in our arm plus I can no longer use our hand entirely well. I can’t work on heating plus A/C repairs anymore. I thought that I would go deranged resting in an office all afternoon, although I entirely do not mind, but now that I can’t physically work as a repairman, I have to rely on all of our servicemans to handle the work. I used to be on top of everyone plus micromanage every single section of the business. Now I am forced to rest in the office plus I believe it is entirely better for business. The repair servicemans seem to be happier when I do not nag them all afternoon. I have a lot less stress because I do not need to worry about everything in the office plus everything in the field. I do not recognize if I would have ever changed our type of management if the accident had not happened.
