This is followed each Springtime by the same HVAC company coming out to do the a/c tune up before summer.
It’s nice to have the same Heating & Air Conditioning professional looking after our Heating & Air Conditioning equipment. Thai always pays off too. For instance this past fall, the Heating & Air Conditioning professional came to us after the Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance to tell us that our heat pump’s days were numbered. This info sort of caught us by surprise. While it was clear that the Heating & Air Conditioning device had been around a while, we certainly hadn’t budgeted for it any time soon. We had installed that Heating & Air Conditioning device when we first bought this house. To our utter shock, that was nearly 27 years ago. So of course the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment had done its time. But all those years of consistent Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance resulted in zero breakdown and efficient heating and cooling throughout. Perhaps, this is what helped us sleep better since the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment made sure the temperatures were perfect. Thankfully, our winter is certainly mild so the Heating & Air Conditioning professionals had certainly given us the gift of a head start before summer. We were able to get with the Heating & Air Conditioning business and save up enough to spend money for the new heating and cooling equipment. However, with the early heads up, we had plenty of time to get all this accomplished before the heat and humidity of the summer time months set in. There was definitely no way we were going into a summer time like ours without a good AC.
