I had been hearing about new portable space heaters for a while now.

• I was hearing how powerful they were compared to the old and older portable space heaters.

I went out and bought one to use in my bedroom. And I can tell you that it really is good quality as well as very powerful! This portable space heater ended up heating up my bedroom in a matter of just a few minutes. This is something I have never seen before in my whole entire life. This is just a good example of how heating and air conditioning technology has advanced over the last several years. I would have never imagined it even being possible to have a portable space heater that could be of this quality and power. Portable space heaters are also much cheaper in price today than the much weaker old ones. I would have thought with portable space heaters being of this quality today that they would cost a lot more, but they do not! I guess because they are cheaper to make possible since it is now heat resistant plastic instead of the metal they used to make portable space heaters with when I was growing up. I really am loving my brand new and completely up to date portable space heater that I bought. I am so glad I decided to take a chance on it. It was well worth every single cent to get it and I just wish I would have done this a lot sooner than now!

Also the convenience of the programming within the smart thermostat.

I have been experiencing a smart thermostat for the very first time in my life the last few months. There are no complaints from me what so ever about the smart thermostat other than one. Sometimes the app that comes on your cell phone and computer do not communicate right with the smart thermostat. I mean, it works and all. But it sometimes can take forever to take action. Such as for instance, when I want to turn off the central heating and air conditioning system through the app, I will turn it off and it will still run another 3 minutes or so before finally shutting off! This is very annoying to say the least. But it is a small thing to complain about with all of the other benefits you get by having a smart thermostat to go with your central heating and air conditioning system. I have saved so much cash on my electric bills it is crazy. Also the convenience of the programming within the smart thermostat. Having a programmable thermostat can avoid a lot of hassle in the event you forget to turn off your central heating and air conditioning system at a certain time that you need to. You can program the programmable smart thermostat to do this and it works great! But just don’t use that app and expect instant results. I wish someone would fix this. Because if it wasn’t for that little thing, the smart thermostat would be nothing but the most perfect thermostat to ever be made! I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new thermostat for their central heating and air conditioning system unit.

When I got a shipment of air filters that the property management of the place I rent had sent to me this month they were really different! First, this package arrived with my air filters that is way too small to be air filters for my central heating and air conditioning system unit.

• I thought they sent me pool filters or something not even related to air conditioning and heating filters.

So I opened the box and it looked like this tiny compact bath mat or something tied together with a twist tie. I was thinking why on earth would they send me a bath mat? So I undid the twist tie and much to my surprise this thing started making clicking noises like a lounge chair being unfolded and it turned into the full size air filter that I needed for my central heating and air conditioning system unit! Wow! That is all I can say! This is some real futuristic stuff here! I could not believe what had just happened. You would have to see it to believe it. So all way good and I got the air filters for the central heating and air conditioning system unit as I was supposed to. But again, just wow! I was not expecting something like this. I have never in my life seen air filters that did this. I guess the future is really here folks! I wonder what they are going to come up with next within the crazy world of heating and air conditioning technology? One can only wonder!

I work at a local heat and a/c corporation as one of their certified heating and air conditioning specialists. I have been at this job for almost 7 years now and it is great! The other good thing about this job at the local heating and air conditioning corporation is that they offer a lot of overtime if you need extra cash. I ended up taking that overtime this month in order to have extra money for the holiday season so I could get my wife and kids some really nice gifts. It is the time of giving, and I wanted to give everything I could. So by working extra time at the local heating and air conditioning corporation this month it has really made a serious difference in the cash flow that I have. It is very tiring I will be totally honest with you all. However it was well worth it for the extra cash that I am making. At the end of this week my overtime is over and done with and I can relax and go back to my normal work schedule as a certified heating and air conditioning specialist. I will be buying some nice surprises for my family this holiday season thanks to my overtime work at the local heating and air conditioning corporation. I can not even count how many central heating and air conditioning systems I repaired and installed this week. I even did the installation of a commercial heating and air conditioning system. This one was a rooftop heating and cooling unit. I will have a great holiday.
