Finally, implementing the new cooling technology at the firm

I attended the cooling specialist convention about a month ago, where they introduced the latest cooling technology.

  • The reason the air conditioning business I worked for sent me to represent them at the convention was so that I could help implement the same in the company.

The week-long way was intense but also fun. I learned a lot about the new cooling products in the market and how much more efficient they were. I had been working with other veteran air conditioning experts at the company to develop processes and strategies to implement the new systems. First, we held a training session with all the a/c reps so they could learn more about air conditioning with the new technology. Since they are our first point of contact with the customer, the technicians needed to be aware of the new cooling equipment and air conditioning installation processes. When doing any air conditioning repairs, they would implement the tech and report back on their findings and observations. Once the training was complete, we fully onboarded the new tech and the new air conditioning systems with the new tech. We saw a positive response from our customers. Even those that had favored the heat pumps were now switching allegiance. Air conditioner tune-up requests increased, and so made the sale of air conditioning filters. The technology is here and is ever-changing, so a word to the professionals to keep changing with it for the benefit of their customers. I have kept my team abreast with the changes in the cooling world. I remember how far we have as an industry and how much effort the inventors have put into producing equipment that lives better.

I got into a argument in yoga class

I will disclose to having a problem with authority figures. I have consistently been this way, since the first time I got suspended from university for talking back to a professor. I don’t mind argument, and if push comes to shove then I don’t mind throwing hands, either… My problem started two weeks ago, when this current girl came to the studio. She was actually loud and boisterous, a single of those people who doesn’t like a quiet room so they keep talking no matter what happens. This frustrated myself and others actually much, especially when she was talking in yoga class. Yoga is a actually meditative form of exercise, and to have him run her mouth was ruining it for me, so I flat out told him to shut up. The girl walks over to me, stands on my yoga mat, and pushes me, so I punched him in the mouth… Unluckyly either I was too strong or she was too weak, because I accidentally broke her jaw, and she collapsed in the middle of the yoga studio, but needless to say, I am not allowed to go back to the yoga studio, or the gym, for the rest of my life. I have been told I am the first woman to ever acquire a lifetime ban from this yoga studio, so I guess I should know honored. The story does have a cheerful ending, but, because the yoga instructor called myself and others at lake house the next day and offered to supply myself and others private lessons at home, just because a woman does yoga doesn’t mean they are a pushover!

Why did I buy this lake house gym?

I had all the unit I needed, however I didn’t have any place to put it! This was a exhausting situation to be in, and a cautionary tale about buying things on Ebay without having a plan on where to put them, then after the pandemic and the quarantine, I had put on a honorableamount of weight while being stuck inside my tiny apartment, instead of doing something sensible like going outside for exercise, I started looking for answers on the internet instead, when I stumbled across a listing for a full lake house gym set-up for a few hundred bucks, I jumped at the opportunity without thinking it through.

You see, I live in a actually small apartment, and I simply do not have room for a lake house gym, then since I spent the currency for this gym unit I have to put it anywhere, so I decided to change the layout of my dining room, then the dining room is the biggest area in the house, so it is the only logical place the gym can go.

Also, I know that seeing workout program videos or listening to music will be a key area of the process, so it’s good to have it in the same room as the entertainment center. I can slide the weight lifting bench under the table, so at least it will be out of the way when I’m not using it. If I wasn’t so high at the time I never would have ordered this lake house gym. I would have done something easier and cheaper, like buying a yoga mat!

I need to be fit to be a gymnastic instructor

For the last 20 years, I’ve owned and operated a gymnastic gym where we train kids from ages 3 to into their mid teens.

We instruct boys and girls who are just looking to have some fun as well as those who plan to compete at the college level.

The task is especially physical. I need to guide and support the body of the gymnast as they attempt more difficult skills. I am not a large lady. I am slightly over five-feet tall. While I am strong for my size, many of the kids are taller and heavier than I am. Experience and know-how allows me to safely spot them. I also need to keep myself in peak physical shape. Outside of my work at the gym, I focus on my personal fitness with a weekly, hour-long workout. I make sure to focus on the whole body and all different muscle groups. I always include at least 30 minutes of high intensity aerobics to elevate the heart rate and get the lungs working at maximum capacity. I concentrate heavily on strength training. Lifting weights and performing lunges, squats and push-ups keeps both my upper and lower body strong. I prioritize a full range of motion, balance and flexibility. I often need to contort or extend my body and quickly react when a gymnast does something unexpected. Taking great care of me allows me to prevent the kids from getting hurt. It also protects me from drastic injury. Despite my dedication to great diet and fitness habits, I am always a bit sore and sleepy at the end of the day. Since I legitimately care about working with the gymnasts and helping them achieve their goals, it’s worth it.
