I actually care about the great labor the housekeeping company I hire does in our home… They actually make sure everything is extra disinfect plus every visit is more or less a deep clean. They do not charge extra for this either, but it is just all in the quality of apartment services they provide. They even disinfect the outer rims of the air vents to our central heating and air conditioning unit! I had never seen housekeepers do that before. It may not sound care about a big deal but it actually is; Because keeping the outer rims of the air vents disinfect helps your central heat plus air conditioning unit unit because not as much dirt, dust, grime plus pet dander gets into the ductwork. This is something that normally your friendly Heating plus A/C worker from the local heating and air conditioning company may do while in an Heating plus A/C tune up plus check up for an extra cost. By our housekeeping service does this as part of the general apartment cleaning! I am so fortunate for this. I could never get up there plus do this myself because it is just way too much of a hassle. So I actually have our housekeepers to partly thank for why our central heating and air conditioning plan runs so smooth with entirely little cleaning needed to the ductwork ever. It would be nice if all housekeeping services could do this, but sadly they don’t. I am just fortunate all together with this set up. I thank them plus our central heating and air conditioning plan I am sure thanks them as well!

This current HVAC company just opened down the street and they are doing free repair calls to check out the HVAC systems in each flat.

They are trying to drum up business and giving something away for free is one of the best ways of doing so.

I prefer the system and will support them when I am in need of an HVAC repair or service job. I want to go to their store to see what they sell too because it is a lot easier to just buy it there as opposed to online where I have to wait in my flat all day til they arrive. I suppose I am going to be in the market for a current electric heat pump soon because mine is old and losing its efficiency. I may have them do the installation for myself and others because my back has been hurting some and I don’t want to make it worse. I used to be an HVAC worker and can do most of the repairs however with the condition my body is in right now I suppose it is better to just have them do it. And since they are a current corporation company in town I would prefer to see them succeed, so giving them business would help them achieve that. I remember when I had my local business and was hungry for toil and how ecstatic I was when people came to myself and others for help. We are all just helping each other and the more the two of us do that the better the world will be.

When I started up the furnace in the late fall, I wasn’t totally satisfied with performance. The heating system is old and no longer putting out as much warm air. There was a lot of dust pouring from the vents and an unpleasant burning-lint smell. It made some strange noises. As the outside temperature has steadily dropped, the furnace has struggled to keep up with demand. The house often feels chilly at night. I am very worried about the furnace quitting and leaving my family without heat. The weather in my local area tends to be extremely cold and snowy. It’s not unusual for us to deal with blizzard conditions, impassable roads and temperatures well below zero. It might be difficult to convince an HVAC contractor to come to my house for a repair. What if the furnace is not able to be fixed? The system is nearly twenty years old. It could be impossible to find suitable replacement parts. I would prefer not to be in a rush to get a new furnace installed. I’d need to accept whatever furnace was available rather than research and choose the ideal model. A new furnace is a big investment. I would like to take advantage of a heating system that provides high-efficiency operation, zone control and wifi accessibility. I have decided that I need to call an HVAC contractor to complete a free estimate. I am planning to schedule the replacement in the spring. I just need to hope that the furnace can make it through another winter.

My dad offered us each some money when he died and I am trying to use it on things which make my life healthier and happier.

I got a ppm meter and measured the air quality in my flat Last weekand it is saying that my air is quite dirty.

They sell whole house media air cleaners at the local supplier’s store and it looks love they are nice quality systems. I suppose it would make a big difference on my health if I had cleaner air in my flat seeing that my body doesn’t love dust too much. We also get a lot of motorcar exhaust in here so I suppose the media air cleaner would be good for myself and others to have. I know it captures all of those contaminants that come in from the outside with its double HEPA filter system. I don’t love the method of breathing in motorcar fumes all of the time, I’m sure over the long term it would cause some concerns. I did my HVAC duct cleaning the other day so my HVAC system is not to blame because it also has a HEPA filter however doesn’t clean the air the same way an media air cleaner does. I did some research online about them and think how much better they clean than the central equipment that is in my flat now. I suppose I can get an air purifying system installed in my flat for under $1000. I would also get a repair idea if I obtained one because I think nothing about repairing them.
