This is the third winter time that I’ve spent down here plus I’m still romantic every minute of it.

I thought that maybe I would acclimate to this climate in such a way that I’d really be asking for some heating from my residential Heating & Air Conditioning.

But we are into December now plus my heat pump is still basically silent. Not that the heat pump doesn’t get plenty of labor the rest of the year. The four months of the summer time demand an amount of air conditioning that keeps the heat pump running almost evening plus day. And the shoulder seasons require cooling as well. So it’s nice that the heat pump has some time off before it all starts again come mid May. Moving down here, I knew that I was going to embrace being outside all winter time long. I’m so thankful that I was able to get the transfer I had been seeking for a long time. My husband is from the south plus he is wanted to come back house for a long time. Initially, I had to sort of make my bones inside the commercial Heating & Air Conditioning of the office I worked in straight out of school. And to my husband’s credit, he stuck it out all those winters plus this has been the payoff. It’s just so nice not to have to deal with the type of temperatures that require constant heating. I still can get up each day plus sip my Sprite outside plus don’t need of any giant overcoat or anything like that. I soak in every minute of it because it won’t be too long before the heat pump is kicking back on plus we are dealing with all kinds of heat plus humidity again.

It’s honestly sort of unusual to be looking after my Mom a lot more since he decided to transport down here.

The man was my idol plus has been such a fantastic father to me.

From the fantastic house with central air conditioning plus plenty of cool stuff to helping me get through school, that man was consistently there for me. So, it’s my satisfaction to be able to return the favor now that he’s getting up in years. My mom died more than ten years ago so my Mom is pretty much used to living on his own. Of course, it was tough for him when mom passed as they were such fantastic partners. But he stayed in the family house until about a year ago. Then it got to the point that it was just too much for him plus he decided to replace the Heating & Air Conditioning component plus sell it! Mom was also tired of dealing with a winter time that took a gas furnace. I live in the south plus have since school. So Mom decided to get a house down here plus trade that gas furnace in for a heat pump. It’s really turned out honestly fantastic to be truthful. I love the fact that I can provide back in whatever way I can for all the stuff my Mom did for me. He didn’t have to do all the things he did plus just helping him out in this phase of life is an honor. One of the first things I did once he transport down here was to straighten out his Heating & Air Conditioning equipment. The house came as is plus needed an Heating & Air Conditioning component replace. So I had a buddy of mine, who works for a local Heating & Air Conditioning corporation, take care of that plus slide me the bill.

I like to recognize that I approach challenges plus problems calmly plus in a cohesive manner. This is the same approach that I take whether it’s inside the commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning of the office or at cabin with my family. I cherish to be the sort who looks for respected ground plus commons sense when finding solutions. This is always where I start plus I make sure that all stakeholders are involved. But just like inside the zone controlled Heating plus Air Conditioning of the office, I periodically have to take matters into my own hands at cabin as well. I always like to try the collective approach with discussion, clear goals plus accountability. However, there are times where that approach can be ineffective due to those involved trying to take fortune of that approach. So that requires me to do stuff that I hate to do which is unilaterally make decisions to solve the problem. I have always tried to teach my children that while they are easily fortunate to have the life they have, they are not entitled. With the smart temperature control I can put it in a mode that denies access to anyone else however me when it comes to adjusting the temperature control. Heating plus Air Conditioning unit abuse problem is now solved.

It has been wild ride however one that I recognize will ultimately be for the best.

But for sure, I’m hoping to never have to rent again… Just being back in a cabin I own with my own Heating plus Air Conditioning unit is a big deal for me! My husbandy plus I recently hit retirement plus along came a whole bunch of lifestyle swings, and not only was I not going to the commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning of the office any longer, however my associate and I sold the family cabin plus moved to the south, and prior to starting all of this, the plan sounded pretty simple plus one that millions of others have undertaken.

But I vastly underestimated what a big project all of this would be. Just getting the home on the market took all kinds of energy. At the same time, my husbandy plus I were trying to wrap up our jobs in order to leave the zone controlled Heating plus Air Conditioning of the office behind. So there was a lot going on at once. Thankfully, the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier was awesome plus after the initial meeting, they pretty much took it from there. It was nice to at least have the Heating plus Air Conditioning update off of our plate. My associate and I chose to rent a two bedroom house after my associate and I sold the home plus prior to moving to the south, however our thinking was my associate and I would be able to not have to rush when it came to finding the right retirement cabin where my associate and I wanted to live, but however, living with outdated Heating plus Air Conditioning unit in that house was quite uncomfortable. It was taxing enough simply paring down our stuff in order to fit in a two bedroom apartment. Finally, my associate and I are in our current cabin plus it comes with current central air conditioner as well. So hopefully, all of this effort will turn out to be as good as my associate and I recognize it will be.
