Things got so bad for us last year that we suffered from depression. We had to live out of our car and when I lost the car, we went to stay at a homeless shelter for some time. The people who ran the place really seemed to care about us and many more who were in unlucky situations and had no other place to go. Well, eventually we ran into a buddy who decided to help us out with our situation. It wasn’t before long when we were able to find work to do. Our buddy helped us get some clothes, shoes, and what we needed to get back to work. A month into our new job, we began to think better and realized that we could get out of the hole that we were in. We stayed with roommates for several months with undoubtedly cheap rent until we could save up enough money to get our own apartment. We did find a small apartment not too distant from where we were working and the place had a nice Heating & Air Conditioning component to keep us comfortable. It was only a short walk to our workplace which was really convenient because we couldn’t afford to buy a car. We would basically take the bus around the area, but walking to work was much better. It was nice really working at the place because they always had comfortable temperature control settings, which wasn’t the case at the homeless shelter. We always thanked our buddy for helping us with our situation, and he basically just told us that’s what friends are for. We hope we can pay it forward some day for the help we got.

Jack stayed with roommates for a year with unquestionably cheap rent until he could save up enough money to get his own digs. Jack managed to find a small house not too distant from where he was working and the location had a nice Heating & A/C unit to keep him comfortable. It was only a 20 minute walk to his place of employment which was so convenient because Jack couldn’t afford to buy a car. He would at times take the bus around the town though, but often Jack would walk to work. It was great working at the facility because they had comfortable temperature control settings, unlike the homeless shelter. Jack was so thankful to his pals for helping him with his situation, and they basically just told him that’s what friends are for. Jack has the desire to pay them back when he gets the means.
