When dad was dying, he wanted my sister and I to be sure that he had kept the cabin in the family.

Instead, he was adamant that we would never sell the place once he was gone. For some reason, I didn’t know if either of us had any thoughts of ever doing that. Some of the best memories we had of dad was him whisking us out of the house up to the cottage. Once in a while we would escape here even if it didn’t have the residential Heating & Air Conditioner in many homes. So while that cabin is worth a ton of money we would never think of ever selling it. Besides that, both my sister’s kids and mine loved this place just like we did so it is one property that will remain in the family for ages. And who wouldn’t want to keep it with all that perfect nature, a lake and nobody around for miles. While we didn’t entertain the thought of selling the cottage, we did want to update it a bit. And a huge part of this was having some other source of heating up there in the winter. The wood stove was no longer heating the space sufficiently. It worked but you had to get the fire going first. And that could be tricky sometimes. This resulted in us not going there as much in the winter. So we had a series of ductless heat pumps installed to offer a supplemental Heating & Air Conditioning heating source. What’s more, having that Heating & Air Conditioning cooling in the dead heat of summer time isn’t that bad either.

This is followed each Springtime by the same HVAC company coming out to do the a/c tune up before summer.

It’s nice to have the same Heating & Air Conditioning professional looking after our Heating & Air Conditioning equipment. Thai always pays off too. For instance this past fall, the Heating & Air Conditioning professional came to us after the Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance to tell us that our heat pump’s days were numbered. This info sort of caught us by surprise. While it was clear that the Heating & Air Conditioning device had been around a while, we certainly hadn’t budgeted for it any time soon. We had installed that Heating & Air Conditioning device when we first bought this house. To our utter shock, that was nearly 27 years ago. So of course the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment had done its time. But all those years of consistent Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance resulted in zero breakdown and efficient heating and cooling throughout. Perhaps, this is what helped us sleep better since the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment made sure the temperatures were perfect. Thankfully, our winter is certainly mild so the Heating & Air Conditioning professionals had certainly given us the gift of a head start before summer. We were able to get with the Heating & Air Conditioning business and save up enough to spend money for the new heating and cooling equipment. However, with the early heads up, we had plenty of time to get all this accomplished before the heat and humidity of the summer time months set in. There was definitely no way we were going into a summer time like ours without a good AC.

At the end of the day, I love getting back home to stay with the family.

It doesn’t matter what happened during the day, or the type of mood I’m in at the time. Honestly, most times I’m not thinking about the last few hours of the working day. My thoughts turn to how I will be enjoying the heating and cooling unit at home and how I will relax with my family. I love to have my spaces properly air conditioned especially when relaxing. Nope, I’m out in the elements morning in as well as morning out. Now, I’m easily lucky to live as well as labor in a region where we don’t have a difficult winter. While the heat pump does get called upon for Heating & Air Conditioning heating, I’m not dealing with a bunch of snow or sub zero temperatures. Yet, coming to the house after spending a good amount of time outside during a cold season is nice as the smart control device in the house makes it easy. But it’s absolutely the Heating & Air Conditioning in the summer time that I love most, immediately after dinnertime. There are days when simply being indoors with the ductless heat pump is enough. So coming home on those evenings is the best thing. It’s almost indescribable what it feels like to simply walk inside the Heating & Cooling space. Just don’t tell my family because I prefer having them seeing a smile on my face. It is the little things that make us happy at home.

Just like the way I handle things inside the air conditioned office, I love to find solutions that work. I’m a firm believer that having many stakeholders involved makes results better. This was the kind of strategy I applied for my family when it came to the Heating & Air Conditioning cooling at home. We live in an area where the heat is a huge deal. For sure, an a/c is a must have here. But one has to be careful not to misuse the heating and cooling unit as this can easily result in extreme cost. But talking, explaining and pleading hadn’t gotten me anywhere when it comes to consistency of air conditioning in my home. So I decided to involve everyone in a bid to solve the high costs of Heating & cooling we’d been experiencing. The initial step was giving everyone rules to follow without fail. Usually, each year we go on a trip, and I’m usually controlling things when they want to buy stuff. So this year, I gave the family an ultimatum. All the cash we saved on Heating & cooling throughout the year will be used for our family trip at the end of summer. And just like that the control device stayed right where it was supposed to be. All I had to do was program the thermostat at the beginning of summer time and stayed untouched all through. I also kept to my word, and tracked tee savings all summer time as we spent it out during our summer trip this year.
