I used to be on top of all the people plus micromanage every single area of the business. Now I am forced to sit in the office plus I guess it is really better for business. The service servicemans seem to be happier when I do not nag them all morning. I have a lot less stress because I do not need to worry about everything in the office plus everything in the field. I do not think if I would have ever changed our style of management if the accident had not happened.

I’ve been trying to talk the owner of the dry cleaner into switching to our Heating and A/C business.

The guy has 7 dry cleaning shops in the county plus they are all serviced by the same professional Heating and A/C company.

I’ve known the guy for a while plus I’ve been trying to get him to switch to using our services. I meant Jack at the links on Monday plus we played a round of hockey. I joked around about the Winter time getting to choose who he uses for Heating and A/C services, he knew that I was joking around, but the guy also knows that I would do just about anything to acquire his business. I dropped our prices 10% plus I also changed our policy from 60 to a 90 morning payment plan in order to meet all of his service needs. When it started raining on the 5th hole, I knew there was no way that we were going to finish the rest of the course.
